Fitness

Fitness is for everyone. If you would run a mile just by hearing the word exercise than contact me. I will show you that working out can be fun. My personal favourite is HIIT training, SurfSet Blend and Power Yoga. As I am busy I need a workout that is fast but effective and at the same time is fun but challenging. All workouts are under 60 minutes and for those who have less time I offer 30 min sessions. For extremely busy people I can provide Skype sessions so there is no time wasted with travelling. If you aim for Skype sessions we are going to use your own body weight and if you have dumbells we incorporate them too into your workout.

Every workout is comprised of all different exercises so you will never get bored.

I am a fan of weight training too as the more muscle you have the more calorie you burn.
