This balance programme draws from yoga, pilates and surfing for a true mind/body experience. With 7 Signature Segments to challenge balance, build flexibility and center the body. The constantly shifting surface of the RSX board makes this programme an incredibly focused challenge. Breathing, body positioning and body control are the core tenets of this unique practice.

Improve balance, core strenght, flexibility, aerobic conditioning and also build lean muscle. It is a well rounded workout while incorporating surfing techniques to keep you fit like a surfer.

This programme focuses heavily on core by incorporating more core-focused exercises into the cardio and strenght programmes.

Designed by surfers for surfers, this programme strenghtens the core muscles and movements of the sport. PopUp Training, Paddle Muscles, Lower Body Carving Balance and Duck Diving are signiture elements of the programme. Build strenght in the upper arms, chest, core and legs. Build explosive power and dynamic balance to bring speed and agility to the PopUp maneuver. Perfect for advanced and begginer surfers too.
